Smapp Retail Software Guide

Learn how to get the most out of Smapp. Explore features and step-by-step usage instructions for your retail business.

Sales & POS

Fast, intuitive point-of-sale for in-store and online sales. Supports discounts, returns, and multiple payment methods.

How to use:

  • Go to Sales > New Sale.
  • Scan or search for products.
  • Select payment method and complete transaction.
  • Print or send digital receipts.

Inventory Management

Track stock levels, receive alerts for low inventory, and manage multiple warehouses.

How to use:

  • Navigate to Inventory > Products.
  • Add or edit products and set stock levels.
  • Use 'Stock Adjustment' for corrections.
