• You agree not to misuse Smapphub software or help anyone else do so.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Unauthorized use or access of the services is strictly prohibited.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Smapphub software.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Smapphub software and services are and will remain the exclusive property of Smapphub and its licensors. You may not use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without prior written consent.

4. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to Smapphub services. By using our services, you grant Smapphub a license to use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the service. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Termination

Smapphub may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Smapphub, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Smapphub will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from software glitches, bugs, interruptions, or other technical issues in the operation of our software development, retail, and inventory software services. Use of our services is at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smapphub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Smapphub reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
